Alana Taylor

With a broad project portfolio, Alana has a collaborative approach to design, working with clients, fellow designers, and consultants to bring projects to fruition with maximum impact. Her conscientious approach allows her to meet project goals and budget expectations, while developing a story and sense of identity for the project. She brings a holistic approach to design to shape exterior and interior spaces to respond to the human scale. Alana’s work ranges from higher education and innovation spaces to hospitality, office, and banking environments. Her favorite thing about architectural practice is the opportunity to learn through each new project type.

A University of Florida alumni, Alana holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and Urban & Regional Planning. A Tallahassee native, Alana is active in her local community, especially through her volunteer efforts with the Knight’s Creative Communities Institute. She is a registered architect in Florida.

Ken Greene

Ken Greene has been a key member of DAG’s Tallahassee office since its inception in 2005, and he was elevated to Associate Principal in 2023. Known for his competitive drive and dedication, Ken excels at inspiring both clients and colleagues throughout the design process. His commitment to understanding the nuanced needs of each space allows him to craft solutions that result in functional, engaging environments. Ken’s collaborative approach, drawing on influences from art, music, and the local landscape, ensures the creation of safe, enjoyable, and memorable places. His meticulous attention to detail leaves a lasting impact on every community he touches.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University, where he continues to support and mentor emerging designers.

Don Cox

Don joined DAG in 2016 and contributes to the firm’s culture of design excellence as a firm-wide leader. He has more than 35 years of experience and has helped design award-winning projects around the world. He spent over 20 years in New York City, collaborating as a lead designer and Design Partner with Richard Meier & Partners and Thomas Phifer and Partners. Don’s rigorous design process and experience combined with his technical abilities make him an invaluable member for any project.

Don earned both a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Building Science degree from Auburn University. Don is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Jehna Godwin

Jehna joined DAG’s Tallahaseee office in 2015. Building on two decades of business leadership and client service, Jehna forms exceptional client relationships that develop into trusted partnerships. Engaging in the earliest stages of a project, she ensures that the design delivers on a client’s business drivers and vision. As a Principal, Jehna leads HR initiatives, coaches and grows new leaders, and champions employee success. She approaches each day with a passionate commitment to helping her clients and team achieve more.

Jehna holds a Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University, and she is a graduate of the Leadership Tallahassee program, Class 34. She serves as a committee chair for Leadership Tallahassee and stays involved in various programs encouraging young women to choose STEAM careers.
