His ability to listen and understand a client’s vision is crucial to how he builds trust and ensures projects remain on budget and on schedule. Having experience in both architecture and interior design, Brian values communication across teams. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Chris’s 25-year career includes leading the design of sports stadiums and team facilities, mixed-use multifamily high-rise, single-family residential, offices, a hospital, justice facility, and performing arts center. While his expansive project experience forms the backbone of his strengths, he is also a LEED AP and RELi AP, committed to sustainability, wellness, and resilience. He believes that successful architecture begins with robust relationships with owners, users, communities, and project teams. Chris earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University, where he received the AIA Henry Adams Medal for academic excellence.
Tanya Richard
Tanya holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an Associate Principal, she leads the education team in the Atlanta office and has a passion for building team-focused relationships. Tanya’s ambition is to motivate others to learn more, do more, and reach for more. Through 30 years of experience as a registered architect she has gained an understanding of all aspects of the practice of architecture, including profitability, project management, construction administration, and the importance of meaningful stakeholder relationships. In addition to being LEED certified, Tanya is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Robert Bielamowicz
Robert joined DAG’s Atlanta office in 2021. He was named a Principal in 2024. Robert has worked on many high-profile, public-facing projects in his over 25-year architectural career, including the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and several convention centers across the country. Since he was seven years old – when he accompanied his dad to construction sites – Robert has been building his experience as a designer, a project director, and a leader.
Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. He is a Georgia registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is LEED AP certified.
