Michelle Riegner

Michelle joined DAG in 2016 and established the firm’s Melbourne office. She was named a Principal in 2024. For more than 13 years, Michelle has led complex projects requiring consistent, client-centered management. Her approach shapes the project plan around stakeholder needs to create spaces with lasting impacts on communities.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), former President of AIA Northwest Florida, a Kiwanis board member and United Way Corporate Campaign Manager, and Leadership Brevard class of 2023. She is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Robert Bielamowicz

Robert joined DAG’s Atlanta office in 2021. He was named a Principal in 2024. Robert has worked on many high-profile, public-facing projects in his over 25-year architectural career, including the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and several convention centers across the country. Since he was seven years old – when he accompanied his dad to construction sites – Robert has been building his experience as a designer, a project director, and a leader. 

Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Clemson University with a Master of Architecture. He is a Georgia registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is LEED AP certified. 

Don Cox

Don joined DAG in 2016 and contributes to the firm’s culture of design excellence as a firm-wide leader. He has more than 35 years of experience and has helped design award-winning projects around the world. He spent over twenty years in New York City, collaborating as a lead designer and Design Partner with Richard Meier & Partners and Thomas Phifer and Partners. Don’s rigorous design process and experience combined with his technical abilities make him an invaluable member for any project.

Don earned both a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Building Science degree from Auburn University. Don is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Levi Wiegand

Levi joined DAG in 2018 and serves as the Leader to the Destin Office. Levi’s eye for design and broad experience helps him quickly identify client and project goals. He leads the design team and pushes for excellence throughout every aspect of the project. He attended the Vicenza Institute of Architecture, and subsequently graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida. Levi also earned a Master of Arts in Architecture, and a Master of Science in Architecture Pedagogy from the University of Florida, graduating with distinction. 

Levi is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and NCARB. He is a registered architect in Florida and Oklahoma. 

Jehna Godwin

Jehna Joined DAG’s Tallahaseee studio in 2015. Building on two decades of business leadership and client service, Jehna forms exceptional client relationships that develop into trusted partnerships. Engaging in the earliest stages of a project, she ensures that the design delivers on a client’s business drivers and vision. As a Principal, Jehna leads HR initiatives, coaches and grows new leaders, and champions employee success. She approaches each day with a passionate commitment to helping her clients and team achieve more. Jehna holds a Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University, and is a graduate of the Leadership Tallahassee program, Class 34. She serves as a committee chair for Leadership Tallahassee, and stays involved in various programs encouraging young women to choose STEAM careers.

Larry Sweat

Larry joined DAG’s Atlanta office in 2020, bringing with him a portfolio of design in thirty states and over forty years of experience. Larry’s goal on every project is to deliver maximum value to the client by providing design concepts that not only achieve an appropriate aesthetic, but also contribute to the success of the client’s mission. Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts, Pre-Architecture, and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. He also studied at the Center for Building Research and Urban Studies in Genova, Italy. 

Larry is a registered architect in Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Building Owners and Managers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

David Luttrell

Dave joined DAG in 2005 and leads the Pensacola office. He brings 30 plus years of architectural and administrative experience to projects. Dave believes designers must work collaboratively to produce high quality design. Prior to joining DAG, he was the Director of Facilities at the University of West Florida. Dave is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Architecture and Urban Design.  

Dave was the founding president of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Pensacola chapter. He is a Florida Certified Design Practitioner for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) and serves on the Florida Design Out Crime Association (FLDOCA) board. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is LEED AP certified.

Patrick L. Ballasch

Pat joined DAG in 1984 and serves as DAG’s President and number one problem solver – he approaches design challenges with answers that benefit the client, project, and people who will subsequently interact with space and place. Even before Pat studied architecture in college, he loved art, especially watercolor, Prismacolor, and digital art. His sketches bring the client’s vision to reality.  

Pat earned his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Vicenza, Italy. Pat is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is LEED AP certified. He has served as the State Director and President of AIA Northwest Florida. In 2017, he was named the AIA Northwest Florida Honor Award Recipient for service to the profession. 

Owen Gipson

Owen joined DAG in 2005 and was named a Principal in 2019. He leads the Panama City office. Owen places great emphasis on the design documents created and believes it’s those documents that provide the strongest communication tool connecting the process of design to the built environment.

Owen’s design experience ranges from university sports venues to K-12 schools, dormitories, healthcare facilities, and community centers. He is a graduate from Florida A&M with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has certifications from the Florida Department of Education for State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Chapters 453 and 468 of the Florida Building Code.

Roger T. Godwin

Roger is DAG’s chief executive officer. He helps craft the firm’s vision and expectations for great design, while mentoring DAG’s younger designers. After graduating Auburn with a Bachelor of Arts in both Architecture and Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design, Roger worked for one of Atlanta’s largest architectural firms. He started his own firm, which he sold in 2006, and joined DAG.

Roger is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and LEED AP certified, serves on the U.S. General Services Administration National Design Peer Review, and is a Senior Fellow in the Design Futures Council. In addition to being a registered architect in Florida, he is registered in Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia.
