Patrick is an architect with over 30 years of experience and a project management background in a variety of retail, commercial, and restaurant projects. He is a Panama City native, attending Mosley High School and Gulf Coast State College. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from Florida A&M University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Noah Kim
Noah is an architectural designer with expertise in various programs to produce outstanding renderings that convey the style and economic value of a project. His experience has focused on master planning and redeveloping areas to create modern town centers. Noah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.
John Lane
John joined DAG in 2021, bringing with him over 20 years of expertise in civic and government projects, along with luxury hospitality. He is a registered architect in Seychelles and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees of from Florida A&M University.
Dan Augustin
Dan has been involved in projects of all types and sizes with DAG, bringing with him an in-depth knowledge of building construction and the creation of construction documents. He worked as a Project Manager at Hulburt Field prior to joining DAG, with extensive experience in military design and construction, such as dormitories, single- and multi-family housing, maintenance and office buildings, storage facilities, hangars, recreational facilities, flight simulator buildings, security buildings, jet fuel storage, and aircraft parking and runways.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and is LEED AP BD+C certified.
Craig Jacobs
Craig has almost three decades of architectural design, technical, and management experience. His excellent organizational and communication skills lead to the production of high-quality construction documents, detailed construction phase administration, and close collaborations with clients. Craig has worked on a broad range of projects, including healthcare, educational, commercial, hospitality, transportation, and multifamily. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural Center.
Brookelyn Bolin
Brookelyn was DAG’s first interior designer and helped establish a high standard for well-designed interiors by bringing a lively approach to each project. She focuses on telling the story of an organization through the interior design and wayfinding elements. Brookelyn’s work covers a variety of types including office, multifamily and high-end residential, higher education and K-12 facilities, government facilities, and healthcare.
Brookelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech and is certified National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
Sarah Parmenter
Sarah believes that every project has an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those who interact with it. As a Project Manager, Sarah thrives on solving problems and making order out of chaos, finding joy in discovering the extraordinary in the ordinary. She has experience with many project types, taking them from schematic design to contract administration, striving for excellence in each project.
Sarah earned a Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University. She is a registered architect in Georgia.
Moni Carron
Moni is an architect with over 30 years of experience leading or supporting various projects for government and private-sector clients. He is experienced in leading all phases of a project from design development to final construction. Moni earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana State University.
Elizabeth Fleischhauer
Elizabeth is an architect with more than 10 years of experience in education, hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. As a detailed designer, she excels in construction documentation, specifications, project management, and construction administration. Elizabeth is a Florida native and has a unique understanding of the state’s varied geographies and how to create projects that thrive in their communities.
She has a Bachelor of Architecture degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami with minors in chemistry and political science. She is active in the American Institute of Architects Florida and Florida Northwest chapters. She is also a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certificate holder and a LEED Green Associate. As a WELL AP, Elizabeth is an advocate for human health and wellness strategies in the built environment.
Brian Jakubiszak
Brian is a skilled designer and manager specializing in developing client and contractor relationships. His ability to listen and understand a client’s vision is crucial to how he builds trust and ensures projects remain on budget and on schedule. Having experience in both architecture and interior design, Brian values communication across teams. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
