Jesse is a talented architect, project manager, planner, and designer with almost twenty years of experience. He has been involved in designing and planning a wide variety of schools and private developments. Jesse’s innovative and fresh approach includes real-time concepts, sketches, and 3D-printed models ensure collaboration with clients. Jesse’s dedication to finding the right solution for clients is relentless and his ability to communicate design visually makes the collaborative process easy.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and certified by the National Council for Architectural Review Board (NCARB).
Elena has been with DAG Architects since 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience, with a strong focus on higher education projects. Prior to joining DAG, she spent six years with the FSU Facilities Design & Construction Group, where she successfully managed campus renovation projects from programming through to completion. Elena’s diverse project experience, combined with her expertise in design and project management, enables her to deliver tailored, innovative solutions. Known for her schedule-driven approach, Elena thrives in fast-paced, time-sensitive university environments, quickly adapting to meet project demands while ensuring the highest quality outcomes. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ unique needs, creating functional designs that support long-term success.
Chris’s 25-year career includes leading the design of sports stadiums and team facilities, mixed-use multifamily high-rise, single-family residential, offices, a hospital, justice facility, and performing arts center. While his expansive project experience forms the backbone of his strengths, he is also a LEED AP and RELi AP who is committed to sustainability, wellness, and resilience. He believes that successful architecture begins with robust relationships with owners, users, communities, and project teams. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University, where he received the AIA Henry Adams Medal for academic excellence.
Jim joined DAG in 2016 to become a construction administrator. A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in building construction, Jim spent over thirty years in the construction field. As a Certified General Contractor (CGC) his depth of construction experience affords him the unmatched opportunity to freely engage with contractors in the field because he can easily speak their language. Jim works with several DAG design teams to provide counsel with respect to a design vision or idea and how it can be implemented at construction.
Jim is often called upon to provide additional input into complicated issues that might arise on the jobsite. His willingness to jump in at a moment’s notice has gained him respect across the firm for someone who not only understands the designer’s vision, but the realities faced by the tradesmen onsite.
Tanya holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has a passion for building team-focused relationships. Tanya’s ambition is to motivate others to learn more, do more, and reach for more. Through 30 years of experience as a registered architect she has gained an understanding of all aspects of the practice of architecture including profitability, project management, construction administration, and the importance of meaningful stakeholder relationships. In addition to being LEED certified, Tanya is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Chuck has over 25 years of experience. He pursues project opportunities, drives design, maintains client relationships in multiple sectors, and manages projects and teams from design to construction. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Chuck is a licensed Architect and Interior Designer and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and National Council for Architectural Review Board (NCARB).
Ken Greene has been a key member of DAG’s Tallahassee office since its inception in 2005, and he was elevated to Associate Principal in 2023. Known for his competitive drive and dedication, Ken excels at inspiring both clients and colleagues throughout the design process. His commitment to understanding the nuanced needs of each space allows him to craft solutions that result in functional, engaging environments. Ken’s collaborative approach, drawing on influences from art, music, and the local landscape, ensures the creation of safe, enjoyable, and memorable places. His meticulous attention to detail leaves a lasting impact on every community he touches.
Ken earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University, where he continues to support and mentor emerging designers.
