Michelle Neu

As our Finance Manager, Michelle plays a vital role across offices. She works closely with principals and project managers to drive strategic decision-making, maintain compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. With a keen sense of mentorship, Michelle fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Known for her professionalism and ability to build strong relationships, Michelle is a trusted partner both within the firm and with our collaborators and consultants. Her dedication to excellence and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable member of the team. She joined DAG in 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry.

Tara Blake

Joining the firm in 2022, Tara is DAG’s Business Administrator. She manages business continuity functions for the firm and daily office operations in the Pensacola office. With a background in insurance and business administration as well as a deep understanding of the architectural industry, Tara ensures efficient workflows and organizational management that allow the firm to focus on delivering exceptional design and architectural services to clients. She is a perpetual learner and is driven when multitasking in a high energy environment.  Her experience in the healthcare industry has shaped her client-centered communication and customer service focus.  As an Associate, Tara’s leadership and commitment elevate and support the firm’s direction as a design leader.

Jim Tatum

Jim joined DAG in 2016 to become a construction administrator. A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in building construction, Jim spent over 30 years in the construction field. As a Certified General Contractor (CGC) his depth of construction experience affords him the unmatched opportunity to freely engage with contractors in the field because he can easily speak their language. Jim works with several DAG design teams to provide counsel with respect to a design vision or idea and how it can be implemented at construction.

Jim is often called upon to provide additional input into complicated issues that might arise on the jobsite. His willingness to jump in at a moment’s notice has gained him respect across the firm for someone who not only understands the designer’s vision, but the realities faced by the tradesmen onsite.

Tanya Richard

Tanya holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an Associate Principal, she leads the education team in the Atlanta office and has a passion for building team-focused relationships. Tanya’s ambition is to motivate others to learn more, do more, and reach for more. Through 30 years of experience as a registered architect she has gained an understanding of all aspects of the practice of architecture, including profitability, project management, construction administration, and the importance of meaningful stakeholder relationships. In addition to being LEED certified, Tanya is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Charles C. Helmer, Jr.

Chuck has over 25 years of experience. He pursues project opportunities, drives design, maintains client relationships in multiple sectors, and manages projects and teams from design to construction. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Chuck is a licensed Architect and Interior Designer and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and National Council for Architectural Review Board (NCARB). 

Ken Greene

Ken Greene has been a key member of DAG’s Tallahassee office since its inception in 2005, and he was elevated to Associate Principal in 2023. Known for his competitive drive and dedication, Ken excels at inspiring both clients and colleagues throughout the design process. His commitment to understanding the nuanced needs of each space allows him to craft solutions that result in functional, engaging environments. Ken’s collaborative approach, drawing on influences from art, music, and the local landscape, ensures the creation of safe, enjoyable, and memorable places. His meticulous attention to detail leaves a lasting impact on every community he touches.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University, where he continues to support and mentor emerging designers.

Robert Bielamowicz

Robert joined DAG’s Atlanta office in 2021. He was named a Principal in 2024. Robert has worked on many high-profile, public-facing projects in his over 25-year architectural career, including the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and several convention centers across the country. Since he was seven years old – when he accompanied his dad to construction sites – Robert has been building his experience as a designer, a project director, and a leader. 

Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. He is a Georgia registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is LEED AP certified.
