Nestled in an oak grove overlooking Destin Harbor in the center of the community, Marbella has become a spectacular addition to both the waterfront and for those passing by on Highway 98. The complex was initially planned to include two towers containing 120 condominium units and five townhouse units, but only the first tower with 69 units, underground parking, and a marina with 58 deep water boat slips have been built to date. Swimming pools, a spa, a third floor owner’s lounge, and a health club are among the amenities offered to the owners and guests.

 

The design keeps outside noise to a minimum, even though a major thoroughfare runs along the front of the building.
