Kendall Mall

A contemporary Floridian design transforms Kendall Mall into a fashionable and energetic shopping experience. The design includes creating a more three-dimensional façade in key areas and improving hardscape/landscape amenities. With a focus on more pedestrian-friendly elements, the project will accentuate awnings, trellises and arbors. Green elements are being added where appropriate, and environmental and wayfinding graphics will be upgraded to provide a more refined shopping atmosphere.
