Designed in close collaboration with Interface and staying true to its two-decades-long commitment to sustainable design, the new world headquarters is a modern, design-forward workplace where employees, customers and partners can learn, work, play and refresh. The building underwent a complete renovation with significant attention to the design of the building systems, focusing on its overall carbon footprint. Designed with a forest motif, the curtain wall of the building has a performance criterion that limits noise and solar penetration, providing a healthier environment.

 

The new 37,000-square-foot headquarters includes environmentally friendly features, such as a green roof, and biophilic design, promoting the well-being of employees and visitors. The facility is a working showroom for Interface with highly flexible and variable workspaces. This facility has LEED Platinum and WELL certifications.
