This new low-rise luxury condominium development was planned for 700 feet of beachfront in the Crystal Beach area fronting the Gulf of Mexico.  In keeping with the feel of surrounding private beach homes, the style and modern lines of thr building are softened by touches of traditional coastal style.

 

The 6 story complex initially was planned to include 64 three- and four-bedroom units, a 1,400 SF swimming pool, beach side cabanas and promenade, and extensive landscaping. Later, the developers received approval to add another story and 16 more units.  Designed in the coastal Florida vernacular style, the elevations were evocative of lighthouses and other marine structures.  Construction was supposed to begin in 2006, but the project was put on hold during the economic downturn.
